7 computers are seeing 1 persons game when we host on LAN. If anyone else hosts, nobody can see it. What settings must I configure to enable my being able to host a LAN game and allow others to see it?

Port forward port 4848. I'm not sure if its TCP or UDP so do both.

Go into your firewall programs and put your network on the allow list. Port forwarding isn't going to do much here, sorry, Caveman.

If he doesn't have port 4848 open for clients to connect they won't see his server.

Right, but forwarding is only needed when you're getting traffic from outside your router. He's talking about a LAN.
