I've tried that before, downloaded it and opened it. Renegade 1037_English right?
Before I opened Renegade 1037_English I tried:
You dont have Core Patch 1 installed
and 3.the downloader is downloading cp2.zip
then, try this to see if it makes your problem go away.
Open regedit (go to start then run then type regedit).
Go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE and then Software and then RenGuard.
Check for the PatchVersion entry, if it is not there or it is 0 and you have Core Patch 1 installed, create the entry as a new DWORD value (if it is not there) and set it to 1.
If you do not have Core Patch 1 installed, delete the entry (if its there) or set it to 0.

But it Still couldn't fix my problem.

You need to do patch 1.037 BEFORE installing renguard.
