Hello ,

Recently i got some problems with renegade ,
Or the game shuts down suddenly to desktop (this happends like 3 minutes after I am ingame)
or 2 I get a blue screen without any error message and I have to shut the system down. I have never encoutered any problems like this on my laptop yet

Centrino Pentium M 1.6 Ghz
60 gb HD 7200 rpm
Ati radeon 9700 mobile (128 mb)
1 Gigh ram

Anybody knows what this could be??

Could you be more specific?

Blue screen as in a BSOD http://www.gadgetgarden.nl/bsod.JPG


Or do you mean the Renegade blue screen/gray screen which happens from time to time when you enter a vehicel.

And does it happen in other games aswell or just Renegade?

Yeah blue screen like that but then no text , the total screen is blue and I have to pull the plug or hold the power button to get it fixed. I havnt tried any other games because renegade is the only game I have installed atm , Iam gonna install some games tommorow and gonna check if the same thing happenneds

As for the blue screens there is no text at all as in just a blue screen?

Do errors occur aswell when your in Windows and not gaming?

Did you make any hardware changes/major software changes?

To bad you don't live close else you could bring it over here

Its fixed , One of my memmory barrs was corrupt , I can play now but only with 512mb ram. But the good news is I'am getting a new laptop for my education and its going to ship this week Smile
