that site seems pretty dumb to me, to make a clan go to the official renegade clan ladder at www.clanwars.cc
you need to register an account and then you can create a clan and invite people to it, when you play clan matches you then report them to the league and winners get prizes.
Websites, forums, servers are nice but not neccessary.
