i get this westwood line error every sincei installed this, says it incompatible with my producted?  ?!

I think you installed an older C&C-game after installing Renegade, hence you now have an outdated WOL components version.
You can reinstall the most recent version through the Renegade setup (only check to install WOL online components, not the game components).
