Ok i have a weird problem lol.

I think a windows update caused it sometime in the past but i am
not sure and i dont know wtf to do to fix it :S

The problem:

Suppose you want to select a negative number like -250.01 by
double clicking on it, you want the selection to include the -
sign obviously. But, for some gay reason whenever i double click
on a negative number all programs i tried refuse to select the
frigging minus sign :S

Does anyone know what is causing this? It is sooo annoying lol :S

Nevermind problem fixed..
For some unknown reason "East Asian language" support was enabled on my pc :S
Turned it off, restarted pc and it was fixed then Smile
