Alright, i found some hud files in the renegade demo always.dat.
it looks like it's the complete hud from the beta/alpha version. Rocked Over

now, if something with some knowledge about huds could put this thing back together.. i would be very happy Tell Me

for anyone interested in how the hud looks, i uploaded a video.
