I think this is someone who is trying to get their relative to return to their collective father.
The last bit 'me dad' I think is scottish slang meant to say 'my dad' so put it that way and the entire post makes more sense.
I could be wrong, though.

The title says "Wish You Well".
Teenagers cringe when told that their parents love them. Cam, is always looking at the forums and on IRC. What better way to express my feelings is there, especially when he still gets the unexpected kiss and cuddle?
This way he reads it too.
For those that read the topic, you have my sincerest thanks.
45 minutes to go, until he is in hospital.
ps. excuse my spelling, typing whilst drunk, was the reason for the grammar mistakes. Too many thoughts at the same time and not enough fingers to type with.
"Return back to me" followed by Dad is what the statement should say.
As in Come back to me Cam!! from Dad
