ps. Where can I get a key-gen for Nod 32, I only had the 30 day trial version?

Take it you don't know this is a warez and crack free forum? That includes asking for it.

^^ What he said. Plus you can't use just any 'serial' with NOD32. You MUST pay for it to get virus definition/software updates. It's only 49.99 per year, and it's well worth every cent.

You get what you pay for.

I am not as "clued up" as some of you are. "Warez", what is that?

The last part I understand. Blush

Yes, and 2+2=4.
We all know that \/\/arez is pirating software, but I also know that if we type \/\/arez correctly spelled enough we will pop up on the first page of google when ever people are looking for their CD hacks, and other cheats. We don’t need any more cheaters than there are already posting on these forums (Notice how I made the “W” on \/\/arez four symbols \/\/).

SORRY am I missing something? Anti Virus Guard (AVG) and Zone Alarm are NOT antivirus programmes?

ZA has a firewall, program control, anti virus/anti spyware, e-mail protection blah blah blah.

Can you further explain, exactly what you mean as I may have misinterpreted what you mean. Dont Get It

No. AVG is an antivirus program. ZoneAlarm is not; it's firewall software. Sure, you can get the ZoneAlarm Suite that probably has antivirus built in, but it's not free.

As for providing a link, Frenchman was correct to say that an average user could use Google or another search portal. The first result in Google for "NOD32" is the exact official site for NOD32. To add to your laziness, here's a link: Click.

Obviously not everyone knows what Warez is if someone is asking about it. If you have a problem with my post, use the report feature, its there for a reason.

Actually when I said:

I meant it was back up, but I could have worded that a bit better.

OMFG!!!

I tell someone to use Zone Alarm as an anti virus and now I am accused of being a cheat?

How do you come to that conclusion?

Once again I come across the fountain of knowledge.

You state "We all know", well I am sorry to inform you that I still do not have a clue what you are talking about, nor do I have any wish to comprehend what your symbols mean.

What I sincerely tried and intended was to give someone that had problems with his PC, a possible solution to remedy the matter.

However, as has, come to be expected from a certain few people, every post becomes a target to flame people as they give assistance, even if it is "in your eyes" bad assistance.

I wonder why people are brave enough to attempt to give aid on this forum, but then again, I wonder what "kicks" people like you actually get from flaming those same players that offer help only to be called cheats.

ps. Notice that my post has never mentioned anything about any cheats, but, if you are correct!!! Then you have just directed the cheats on an easier way to cheat using YOUR symbols.

NOW! Is flaming me a cover story for YOU to tell all your buddies how to cheat or are you just being pathetic and paranoid because someone uses Zone Alarm to keep his PC clean?

EHHHHH!!! Once again I am missing some important point!!!

I have never asked on this topic for a link to Nod32. If you try to read back a few posts then you will clearly see what I asked for and it certainly was not "Laziness" that prompted it.

If you take time to read the whole topic then you will notice that I HAD found and used Nod32, for the trial period, but then again maybe you are directing your thoughts at someone else.

Can we please get back on topic and help the creator of this topic to fix his PC?

No, wait just a minute. I never knew this topic was directed entirly towards you. This was a topic created by Jerad and his computer problems. We were 'flaming' him because of his lazyness of not being bothered to look around the web for what he needs.

The reply Jerad gave towards Dave was not towards you. As Jerad had stated, "Oh I didn't see that someone asked. I thought you were just pointing something out.", Meaning he missed your request of what warez is.

The same goes to cmatts post, "As for providing a link, Frenchman was correct to say that an average user could use Google or another search portal. The first result in Google for "NOD32" is the exact official site for NOD32. To add to your laziness, here's a link: Click.", that also was not directed towards you. If anyhting it was pointing out Jerads lazyness and lack of self commital. This post of his was directed towards Jerad.

If anything i would stop posting in this topic if i were you until you realize that the posts and comments are not directed towards you but towards the topic starter who we have a problem with because he's too lazy.

Perhaps proper grammar plays an important part in language after-all?

However, I am glad, that the flaming was not directed towards myself. I thank you for clarifying that part.

Now I have the problem under control, but my question is can this virus travel in flash drives (even If a program has not been accessed on the drive can it spread off of it).

As for all the people that called me lazy, maybe you should stop being lazy and read my the entire topic, I did say that it was already under control in the topic.

The question was if a virus could get onto a flash drive, and execute itself upon the flash drive being attached to the computer, even if no files on the flash drive were opened or even the drive opened in explorer.

I know that they can attach themselves to files and the when the file is opened/executed the virus starts running, but could the virus start itself up from a flash drive was the actual question.
