I know, not a Renegade thing, but read the "article" and you'll see why I brought it here.

That is, if you can stop laughing long enough

I've found no backing evidence to this. I mean, even Wikipedia didn't have anything on this, and that is usually updated quickly when something happens.

whoa.

This looks like a pre-emptive april fools joke to me.

April fools jokes are supposed to begin and and on the first of April. Not end on May 10.

Most of those "jokes" were probably things they save for April that way if they can't get them to work on time they proclaim it a joke.

I would be so ticked off, I would drive down to EA studio's and give them a piece of led.

If EA pulled something like that, I think a lot of "Fanatics" would come and blow up their headquarters. Maybe they would appreceiate the irony.

As for the WoW thing, obvious April fools joke, or some guerilla marketing bullshit.

OT: about the WOW "craze". i play Wow, but i can leave it days at a time. i only play for about 1 hour or so at a time. imo, its not addictive.

i play rene more than WoW and i hardly play rene at all.

However happy that news would make me it sounds like a joke, and doesn't have any credibility.
