I just don't get why you'd try to question me on this or even be so bold as to suggest after playing that she only has one gun, it's VERY obvious she has a pair of them.

Maybe you are actually suggesting that she has two but does not fire them exactly simultaneously. Yes, she fires one slightly before firing the second. This is your attempt to backpedal, being offered up to you, so you don't seem foolish.
