As far, i never had props with RG, well Heres The Story:

I had too much Dumb skins so i re-installed First Decade + Renegade, then Dled RG, then it Started the Core Patch Updates, well, What Happens Somehow, It DOES Install CP1 but Doesnt install Cp2, i tried to Re-start RG But it doesnt change anything about it, i alrdy Re-installed RG but it only Installs CP1 and Doesnt install cp2 Neutral

Edit: as Far im trying a manuel CP2 Install, but what was the name of the file that changes the units names in cp2 ( Black Hand --> stealth Black and Black Hand (LCG/Sniper ) Smile
