Alright, I always play on jelly and you need to be running rengaurd to use the rank command. when i use it sometimes it works and sometimes it says im not running rengaurd.

When you load Renguard it says "Welcome to Renguard - XXX"

If you change your nick at login to XWIS/WOL to YYY, Renguard is not "Running" for your YYY nick and you need to restart the whole application. We are still waiting for a fix for this from BHS, AFAIK.

Renguard is a wonderful initiative

well i never change my nick so it cant be that. tommarow when i play ren i try that. the problem is it always works the first time i join the server. then it might work and it might not. it usually works 2 or 3 times than it says im not running rengaurd.
