Ok, so a few days ago i started to notice my language bar appeared in akward places instead of the far right area.
now whenever i open a window, two of the thingies pop up and i have no room, and i hate clutter. Does anybody know how to fix this???

Yea,I tried that, but all my changes were only temporary and were set back to the messed up way again

Err... there's still two icon things for every window when i do that

I did both a virus and spyware scan, and it's still like this =(
Any more suggestions?

Try killing ctfmon.exe if it is running, then try disabling the language bar.
No one ever wants to reinstall an operating system. If it comes down to it and he wants the problem fixed, though, he will have to either repair his Windows installation or reinstall.
