Why does this happen when i group and try to move?

Don't group to the bones you'll mess up alot of stuff. (the bones are accomaticly to the proper places0

I grouped em, will linking solve my problem, becuase i'm going to need to move em around a bit for idle animations.

*edit* nvm guys, i got it. There are specific points i can move and it moves the arms as a whole.
