Getting nowhere fast ? [message #245119]

Well I thought I had got my head around this editing but it seems my brain has not as yet engaged Dont Get It

I open Level Edit but can not get the editor to open single player levels, it wants level files but I can't see them. How do I open a single player level in order to edit it with Level Edit, what should I do ?
