Hi

A friend of mine is trying to create a new acc for Westwood Online but he allways gets an error message. His brother has a working account on the same pc. I've tried myself but I also get the same error message.

Can you please tell me what the problem is?

you just sign in with the name you want, if its not already taken the account will be created automatically. If it is already taken you will see a blank server list, so logout and try another name.

DO NOT CLICK new account make a screen name, then make an 8 digit password, i had the same problem too but i got it fixed after that the login button should be able to click if it is not try making new names or new passwords the login button should light up somtime or another. and click login and your done. Big Grin
