Every time you start it it asks for the CD and you hit cancel to make it work but is there a way to make it not ask besides putting the CD in?

It has to ask because it is looking for the video files. Or you could try to put the movies into the data folder under movies (create it yourself). Drag the 2 bik files in and it should show the movies.
This is done in APB.
