Hey guys,
I recently watched some video's of various players playing renenegade on various servers and thought it would be interesting if I made my own. So I got fraps, a video compression tool and a video editing tool and decided to record some material. Well, I put it all together and uploaded it on youtube.
Anyway, all the links are below, tell me what you think about everything, keeping in mind first video's ever made/editing and uploaded. Also, unlike all the other renegade video's, notice how I have no advantage skins? Something appearently im the only one doing nowadays

It's not an exploit (not in my mind) it just stops the AGT from shooting at you because the building's in the way. Hell, i do the same thing with the obelisk and hand (cirtain maps, Glacier for one) get the globe of the hand between the LoS (line of sight) of the obelisks tip and you and you can make it to the hand, just beware of the turret.
However, what you've just done is what that guy done to kill your ref when you were playing 1v1 with him. You said he wall jumped then started moaning about something or other.

Im not talking about other maps, I made this server on LAN, so I didn't do it for my advantage. The header reads, "Field.mix Exploit Debate", because I think its an exploit (or otherwise BI would not waste their time fixing this and many other reasons). This video obviosuly does show how to do it, but like I said before everyone knows this already so im sure its not a big shock (as Mero explained on other maps aswell). So basically my argument is saying this shouldn't be allowed, so I have no idea where you got the idea im FOR this?

God damn your a retard, good job on beating some n00b clan on walls fly and under GDI - must have been real hard, let me guess you hosted the server and chose the maps?
How about you film a match against a decent cw.cc clan or that 1v1 you are going to have with Spoony?

if i were in a clan i would never play cm2 or whatever it is you are a leader of. i mean if my clan were to loose it would be advertised by you all over the net. and if we were to win im sure you would claim we cheated and it wasnt a fair game.

Renegade Background: trooprm1's uncle from Austria recived the full release of C&C Renegade before the North American release date, and I required it from him. He installed it at his house, and we both played our first ever map there (Glacier Flying). We were just using an MRL to attack the ob, no one was really doing anything consider it was new at this time and no exceptionally good players exsisted. Anyway, we got MVP that game and I got hooked so I took it home and we played in the same server while talking over the phone. This time I got MVP again, (Walls) and I remember being alot better than everyone in that entire server (at this point I was playing 1st Person, no skins were avaible, and I didn't know how to even take a SS) which got me thinking about how far I could take myself with this game. I soon after relized I appearently had a natural talent for Renegade, and eventually ended up joining the +ILL+ clan which also first got me thinking about playing for more competitivness instead of just fun. I was the #1 sniper in the clan, one of the highest ranked players on WOL, and an overall recognized player. In any case, +ILL+ was the best clan out there at that time, untill it died, and thats when [+TRPM+] was born. And I have sworn in the past that I will be the last Renegade player in all of the community, even after everyone has left, and thats exactly what I plan to do.
Well, I guess the "douchebag" part was confirmed, haha. Also, Glacier Flying did not exist in the release version of this game, dumbass. Aircraft killer fixed it up and it was released in a patch about a year after Renegade came out.

I actually have been playing this game since release. Did you know that the flying maps weren't even around (thus, no Orcas) until three or so months after release? No, not even City_Flying nor Walls_Flying existed when Renegade was released.
Also, did you know that Renegade was released February 27, 2002? That's nearly five years ago. I'm 20 now, and have been playing this game since I was 15. You're... 17 now?.... and thus, had you actually been playing since release, you would have been 12. I doubt it, especially considering your lack of knowledge of the game's early days.
I also was a beta tester for ACK's revision of Glacier_Flying. Mind you, this beta test was conducted many months after Renegade came out, like I initially said. I found several bugs and sent screenshots to ACK, who fixed them.
And no, Glacier_Flying was certainly not available to the beta testers of Renegade (pre-release). In fact, if I recall correctly, they only had four or five actual maps for their multiplayer tests. Ask Crimson or any other beta tester.
You are right in that a "Chinese guy" from Westwood did the initial modeling work for Glacier_Flying, but he didn't complete any texturing of the map. Once Westwood shut down, however, Aircraftkiller got in contact with the map creator and he managed to get the creator to send him the unfinished map files. There are a few other maps from the former Westwood employee that ACK finished, such as C&C_Snow (I believe), but the only map to be released in an official patch was C&C_Glacier_Flying.
So go fuck yourself, douchebag.
