I thought this would be a interesting topic to make.
What do you think the youth of today is like?
Around were I live, All they do is smoke weed underage, Very violent (carrying knifes around etc) and steal (Houses, shops, cars etc)
Personally I blame all that rap smap with the message "Gotta have money!!!" what results to stealing and selling what they stole, "gotta smoke weed!!" results into underage smoking.. and "Bust a capp in his azz for snitchin!!" what results to violence..
Tho I may sound like a retard to some, Thats how I personally see it.
I was talking to my mum about how kids around here do all this and my mum said "When I was young, If me or any of my brothers did that, we would have got punished badly and grounded and we never even thought of the idea of doing it again."
I think some parents are scared of there children.. So they just let em' do what they feel like, No matter what the damage cost is.
Presence is a curious thing, if you think you need to prove it... you probably never had it in the first place.

I listen to rap and play violent video games.. and I'm probably more respectful and less violent than people who don't.. :\

if you ask me spanking a child (NOT beating) is fine, as long as it is well deserved. thats how im planning on raising my kids in the future... (not in the near future i hope) lol

Yeah I've seen that, not really alot in my area but in some places its pretty freaky

He does crack, coke, steals, gets girls pregnant, and whatnot.
I say, they deserve a good punch in the mouth.

yet again violence is not needed. in fact, you hit him. he hits you back twice as hard. then storms out and takes drugs again.
I think that fully grown men and woman hitting childeren is wrong, Its just cowerdis. weather you think its deserved is up to you, but i think its just a way of dictating. im not saying that if/when i have childeren i wont puinsh them, but there are much better ways than that. even shouting will get you no where. in school i get shouted at alot, just to me it just sounds like a blur.
roms way does work, kind of. just that its cruel.

girls are sluttier these days too, there was a study that showed that highschool females who listened to rap music had a way higher average of being sexually active... its basically because Rap glamorizes hoes - not that I object LOL
