Can someone tell me where I can find the sounds of cp2 and get them as wav file or something on my hard disk, the sounds are in some servers triggered by typing 'lol' or '^^' etc.

With out a name its hard to find what sound he wants cause there are tons of sounds in the always.dat folder.
If you cant think of the name of the wave or even something to go on it will be hard. I suggest you get something like xcc mixer and go through the .wav files yourself.
I did find this i dont know if its what your looking for...
Unless someone here knows the exact names of the sounds you want.
