It would seem that you already have a WOLspy up and running. If this isn't the case give me a few hours and i'll look into it in more detail.

If your running the latest BRenBot beta it could be the BRenBot GSA broadcaster binding the port.

In that case it's probably not BRenBot, that's a fairly old version now. Look out for an updated version released in the next few days which will replace wolspy anyway.
