I have ZoneAlarm. I have been using it for long time(I got really suspicious when I would always disconnect from Diablo 2 servers, but getting Firewall fixed it).
Anyway, recently strange things started to happen: Sometimes my internet would stop working, and I could not find a reason why, until I turned off ZoneAlarm and then turn it on again, and then the internet started to work again.
Could someone be hacking me and forcing me to turn off the firewall?

P.S: I use Rogers high speed internet

I can't see why or how someone would be hacking you to make you turn off your firewall then back on again. However to make someone forcefully turn off there firewall, it would have to come from an EXP'd hacker not some random script kiddie. My point is why would a good hacker want to hack you? They're much more interested in big companys, banks and whatnot.

Sometimes i get those results, but there's nothing on my system. I don't know if it's ZA or my ISP (bulldog ftl Sad) but it happens now and again.

Well, it is probably problem with ZoneAlarm. I see no reason why anyone would want to hack me, and why they have not fixed this yet.

Report it to them, but, before you shut it down make sure you're behind a router or a DHCP for security reasons.

I get the same, sometimes I can only use the Internet if zonealarm is off or if I reboot my PC.

I had this exact problem with ZoneAlarm, and I found a solution on the Internet a while ago. Unfortunately, I don't remember where it was nor what I did to fix it. Try Googling around.

What keywords words do you think I should search for?

This fix doesn't seem like the one I used, but give it a shot: http://forum.zonelabs.org/zonelabs/board/message?board.id=cfg&message.id=425 68
