anyone know where i can get the skisn that dont chance anything just turns everything on nod into blue without deleteing or addign andything??

I don't see how you are going to get custom model textures to work if you don't want to have to add anything...
You can get good model textures below:

Same here, but I couldn't find a picture of it...I swear that I saw one before...

So the answer is: It's impossible to change skins without adding files (into the data folder). Case closed, kthx.
