Hey guys. I need a few suggestions for a kick-ass budget computer build. Under $1000, and I already own a 7950GT.

I am thinking 2 gigs of ram, WD Raptor and a old AMD Anthlon 64. (Plus a serious overclocking motherboard, which I will need cause I will get watercooling eventually, so that processor will be under some though shit soon..)

You don't need an "old" AMD Athlon 64. They have gone WAY down in price.

Get a core2 if you want a AMD wait until fed but the price will be high
