i was searching with xcc mixer and i came arcross this
the bottem ramjet is recognisable, but the other seems to be on a stand. is this picture used or is it scrap that westwood left in the game.

it's indeed scrap that westwood left in the game. there's also a short description of it left inside the strings.

Szakolczay Type AS-2 Watchdog Automated Sentry Weapon: Designed to be a light, compact unit for maximum portability, the Watchdog folds out into an automated sentry position with friendly-fire detection utilizing standard signature protocols. This unit is effective for watching small areas or corner positions in tactical situations, making it an engineer's best friend as they go about their work. When Watchdog runs out of ammo, it self-destructs to prevent capture and reuse by the enemy.

meh, westw00t should have left the unfinished and scrapped stuff inside always.dat, for future modding purposes.

The icon is there too.

Those would have been fun in multiplayer. Especially for base defense.

There's something similar on Kamuix's AOW now though.
