If the video was taken by the spectator, then what you also see are the skins that the spectator has.
Now if the sniper seen the SBH at distance, why, could the spectator see the SBH from even further away?
IMHO, this clip is not conclusive proof of cheating. It does not even come up to "beyond reasonable doubt", in fact it barely registers as suspect at all.

Lets recap a few things, skins you see are what the spectator sees, he can see the sbh because he is on Nod - the clip is irrelevant as proof of anything tbh (apart from maybe prooving he isn't using an aimbot as he missed the sbh), but he has been caught damage hacking so it really doesn't matter.
anyone with a server should ban him.

i didnt really read this whole thiong just the post not the fourm and aimbot does not ALWAYS hit an also i could do what he did but using "free targetting" stand still and u can control ur gun jsut like that i do it all the time but i dont think he has it

The med or mammy saw and shot him revealing him (here the sbh ran back, jumping) so the other clients could see him. Plus if my eyes don't fail me the hovac missed.
