In going through your day-to-day lives, you will encounter people you have a real sympatico with, and people you will just never see eye-to-eye with no matter what. One example is one of the executives at work and my boss... their personality types are ones to butt heads constantly. They can't understand the way each other thinks or acts at all.

When I started my job, my boss made me take this test so he would understand me as a person better and faster than he could just by observation.

Take this test and post your result. It comes in 4 letters, and each letter has a percentage behind it so you can identify if you are "weak" in one letter where you could swing either way.

Answer the questions honestly and with a lot of thought. There are no wrong answers. This test is so accurate that if you get really knowledgable on what each letter means and what combinations of letters mean, you can identify behaviors and words as "classic ** behavior". I won't reveal my letters until a few of you have taken the test. I am especially curious to see the results for people I communicate with on a day-to-day basis.

Bear in mind that if you form a cross, as in up, down, left, right.

We should aim to be close to the middle of the axis as opposed to out on one side. The "normal,balanced person" would demonstrate a diamond shape, with sides of equal length, if the four points were connected as opposed to a quadrilateral.

I cant help it though, im extroverted lol.

I have to tell you reading the description... It doesn't sound a whole like me... It says that I am extremely decisive. It couldn't be more wrong, It took me like 3 months of asking everyone on Earth what they thought I should get in my computer before finally buying it.

If it doesn't match you that well, it's very possible that you weren't honest on some of your answers. Try taking it again... the results don't diminish from re-testing.
