I have tried to restart multiple times uninstalled and reinstalled as well and have an account yet I lack the login and delete account and other options. PLEASE help.

You need a 8 letters password to get the login button. Just choose a nick and password and if it isn't registered yet, it'll log in with it and register it to you.
