Hrm, looking at your presets it seems to me the path in your
registry is not correct. Check if the key
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Westwood\Renegade\ exists and that the
installdir value points to renegeade.exe

Press Alt and use the + and - keys on the numpad to increase view distance, or maybe it's just the vis in the map.

You must make all the terrain in the preset list of C&C_Map_City0222f and everything will show up.

Presence is a curious thing, if you think you need to prove it... you probably never had it in the first place.

Yeah, nothing you can do about that.

If you need a picture of the map, I do believe there are pictures already of this, I have them, but you could find them on some site.

w3dview.exe? comes with renegade mod tools, in a folder next to the leveledit folder.

first, unpack your mix map with an unpacker of choice, locate the biggest w3d file inside (map), and load it into w3dviewer.

choose a top view, zoom out, and make your screenshot

you can also tweak camera settings a bit, clip distance and lens settings (to make it look like its viewed for a sniper rifle and such)

and to do it in leveledit, press ctrl & "+" (numpad) for a few times to increase draw distance. Go to background settings and disable the fog. Learn how to move around, and move your camera to a convenient spot. and boom, screenshot.

To move the camera, just turn NUMLOCK on, and use 4,6,8,2 to go left right up and down.

7 and 1 to change your elevation. 5 Centers the camera.

ALT + and ALT - Changes the view distance in camera mode. Hold ALT, and keep pushing +.
