this is the last post im going to make on this site, looks like you really didn't want me here. i can almost see why ACK didn't like this community ether, well i have had it. reason? do i really need to go into that?

For the seye you have had a 5 page topic? Seems like some people are intrested in it.
For sbot: I guess that the community doesn't really need yet another bot. i remember you saying that you wanted to do it so you could learn from it  .

i really needed help with that, the only person that did was Dave Anderson. but there was things i needed for it work, if you read the thread you will see me asking EXACLY what jonwil asked in another topic. he got loads of replys, not one person was willing to help me. i needed infomation about gamelog, it took me a few weeks to find it. i just dont have the time.
the SBot was more of an "interface" i wanted to use it to power the Seye so server owners could broadcast to many users the overhead view of their servers.
i am willing at the least to get the Seye up and running, with the SBot. but i will not be posting here again. im going to put a blocker on my router to stop me. if you want any updats on the progress you will have to check up on my homepage.
mabe im not very interlectual, but instead of calling my a n00b etc or saying im stupid why don't you "correct" me with a creditable link? i like having discussions in the hot topics forum, but i was making posts them being flamed. all you were doing is calling me a moron, why was a moron? how can improve myself if i don't know what im doing wrong.
there are a number of people that this doen't apply to, i need not say who they are. if i ever play renegade again it will be to test the Seye, and nothing else. I am not really good with "pre" compiled languages, but i manged to scrape up the SBot.
i can already imagine the replys to this topic, "OMG HES A MORON" "OMG HES STUPID" "HES AN ATTENTION SEEKER" "LEARN TO SPELL".
i would like to say sorry to SeargentSarg, some of my replys to him wasn't very nice.

I was really looking foreward to a new bot.
BRenBot isn't perfect (irc interface sucks)
CloudyServ (Cheaply written on mIRC - lags)
NightRegulator (too much to say)
I was thinking SBot was going to be the jumpstart of renegade. Helping moderate servers easier & better. In the "bots" thread, I asked you how you would want support, because I would like to support you and your bot. But you want to fuck it all over by leaving.
ACK is "Ass-Crack-Filler" - Moee (Kamuix..)
Leave if you want to, but you will be destroying possibly a dream of mine and yours, and thats a kick-ass bot.
Plus, your leaving only cause of a reply Gozy made.
But, I respect your decision, and wish you luck on wherever you maybe going. (Or if your staying here..)

Well, Im against most people leaving,exept "morons" but from what ive seen oof your, your not a moreon. Somehow I don't think youll read this, but I dont think its good that our small community get any smaller.
Its your choice, but I dont think you should go.

I think my reply to one of his posts was rather neutral and to the point. I never had any bad intention with it.
I think the fact I'm the only one that gets a quote in his post unrightfully makes people think I made him leave, however if I read his post correctly, that isn't true. I surely hope it isn't, I wouldn't like to see people leave because of me. Every person that adds to this community and has some kind of dedication and good sence is a plus value.
I think you should relativise a lot of the things written on this forum. For some people this is all a game and the more they insult/flame people, the bigger their e-penis becomes.
Allthough it happens that I give negative comments on some things, I usually try to justify what I'm saying and try to get an objective view of things.
What I said about sbot is what I'm 100 % convinced: this community doesn't need another bot. Why not? Brenbot has been totally revamped and should be released by the end of the christian year. It works like a charm.
The seye could be very intresting. Help is something you can always ask but you cannot expect people to give it to you. You should always start with the principle if I get help, that's good; if I don't then so be it. You probably noticed that there's only a small amount of people with technical knowledge, they usually are very busy already, working on all kind of projects.
If you want to go, then so be it. To be 100 % honnest: as you can see in some replies here already, there's only a small amount of people that will care. I find it a pity that yet another member of this community is leaving.

Yes, these forums are by far the most unfriendly forums I have seen/been member of/whatever, I think that's sad, but I can not change this. I can understand that you left, I have seen a lot of flaming/insulting/etc in your direction before, but I seriously do not think Gozy was part of that. I don't like to see you leaving, seye was (and still is I hope) a promising project, not only because it was named after my nickname alias 
About the gamelog thing, I thought you were able to find it yourself easily, just look in the ssaow code and find the right spot. I don't have much time myself so I did not figure it out for you. I just respond when I really think it's needed, it saves time and it saves you from being flamed for stupid reasons.
