I like the last mission because you get the volt rifle and you when you kill mutants and stealth guys they die in a REALLY funny way.

Really, I enjoyed any mission where you could enter a Nod structure and explore its subterranean level. My favorite building has got to be the Hand of Nod. However, I would've liked to have had the opportunity to enter GDI structures, like the Barracks, for in the Barracks in the training base, you can go below, but it's not as elaborate as the Hand.

I haven't gotten past "Deadly Reunion" but so far my fave is "Armored Assault". Nice variety of vehicles.

I liked Rescue and Retribution and the level (i can't remember what it was called) where you had to destroy the entire nod base and ion the temple.

Stomping on Holy Ground IS the last level. Perhaps you're thinking of Tomorrow's Technology Today, which is the one with the Mammoth leading an offensive on the HoN outside, which you eventually get the keys to after destroying the Hand. If so, that too is my favorite mission.
