You know what they say about assumptions.

They make a <fool> out of U and ME.

Assuming someone wants you to leave, just because they don't like you is just that: an assumption. It's not always true.

Real life example:

I absolutely hated one person in a group I was in. However, he was great at his job, and we would have suffered if he left. I hated him, but I did not want him to leave.
