Renegade minizing [message #232553]

Recruit

after installing renguard and CP2 when i load renegade it minimizes to bottom bar and if u click on it, it opens and minizes straight away.

if i run renegade without RG through game2.exe it works fine.

anyone got any ideas why CP2 doesnt want me to use RG lol

i have actually found out its not CP2 thats the problem

its RG altogether, i disabled the updates and loaded RG without CP1 or 2 and it still didnt work, kept minimizing again

Mine did the exact same thing for a while also.

I got it to work by right clicking and maximizing, still no idea what the problem is though...

Because of the "minimise all"-button, there's a bug where RG is displayed outside of your screen. When u right click and "maximise", it fits to your screen again.

The solution is to change the xyz-parameters in the registry. I think it's in hkey_local_machine\software\renguard , the top/bottom/left/right - settings. Mine currently are to
Bottom: 2e9 (745)
Left: 6e (110)
Right: 38e (910)
Top: 91 (145)
