I don't know about everyone else, but I want EA to make a second Renegade. As you may know, there was a Ren 2 in production a long time ago, but EA cancelled it. I happened to come across an online petition that someone made to EA, but barely anyone has signed it. It was made with the thought that, if enough people seem interested in another Renegade, EA might want to have it made afterall. Unfortunately, there aren't many signatures, but I'm hoping to get them up by posting this kind of "heads up" on different Ren forums.

I have seen countless petitions and strives throughout the years for Renegade 2, and absolutely zero have had any effect.

To be completely honest, I think I'd rather see a Renegade 2 or spinoffs of the original Renegade be developed by us fans than Electronic Arts. Those shitheads have fucked us fans over way too many times. I'd rather see a petition created that calls out EA for being selfish and uncaring. I'd sign that in a heartbeat.

You can say Renegade2 is Apocalypse Rising.

The Apocalypse Rising team is creating a mod for Renegade based around Red Alert 2. Renegade 2 was basically the same thing (Ren into RA2) and we're coming along nicely.

Expect our first release sometime early next year (if it comes before, then it's a suprise Smile).

Renegade fails because the game players Or should that be the players who try to destroy the game.

LMAO it was/is so bad Black hand studios had to try to make a new anti-cheat program to stop the cheats <--------lol


Think about it ---you got some pretty clued up people working behind the scenes of this site and a few other renegade sites,all working together to stop cheats and the likes.

Time i feel would be better spent expanding the game ---But no you have decided its time better spent stoping the cheats.

In comes Dead6

buys a 500black hand sniper walks in the tunnel and kills 4 people 1,2,3,4 reloads and kills another 2 people =6people all head shots 1,2,3,4,5,6 <---that fast

Hes using renguard

when questioned ---hes L33T and crimson lets him (His words not mine)

Now evildragon is on gdi and hes a okay player --well rounded got all weapon skills/can rush/can defend <----This guy couldnt go in the tunnel,just like the other 3 mods/admin on gdi --infact anybody on gdi couldnt go in the tunnel

dead6 got 35-1 in less than 10minutes



IMO therein is the problem ---if you cheat,and he fookin cheats--if you cheat and nobody stops you or even says anything to you about it ---then how you gonna move forward as a community ??

You get shit games to play --and they keep pumping out shit games for you to play.

So please when u firing the fucks into EA --think again you may well be firing the fucks into the wrong people.

That is a very untrue and bad way to look at mods people spend a lot of time on making. Mods are made to make the game nicer, better or whatever, not to give someone an unfair advantage.

Also you should learn to make a proper understandable post.

And why would i spend time on making a couple of new skins and stuff, but with the exact same gameplay, and not spend time improving the gameplay.

Last time i checked games were about gameplay.

Well, with the matter of facts we are investegating this, and yes we found it suspicious. But he is a mod for a reason, and that is that we trust him (to some extend atleast). And we kow he always hit the torso/arms/legs. We also know that he did miss to often to be using an aimbot. And we also know that we DO have an unbypassable anti cheat mod on our server, which disables bigbody / bighead, and to some extend aimbots. So thats why we didn't do anything visible on the spot.

And soapdirt, you would rather see new mods etc. which all would be hauted by cheaters? Each cheat in renegade works in every other mod based on the renegade engine. If you where to make a renegade 2 then you would have to use a proper engine, like the unreal engine or the crysis / source engine
