renrem is responsable for creating a connection to the FDS, the line in question is the line which makes the actual connection, so I would assume something else on the system is already using the port that renrem is trying to use, try setting the RemoteAdminPort to something else...

Well that aint the problem i think, i run 4 servers with Brenbot on it and on every server BR shuts down in one instant then. and each one says the same msg when i try to restart them up so its not tied to 1 unfortunatly but all of them. and i use a different port for each one.
