I play 44 person servers ( ren-ladder 2 and ren ladder Marathon ) I just recently upgraded my pc with more ram, went from 256 ram to 1gb and reformated my computer ( had some spyware issues before) anyway I used to get around 30 fps before and now i get between 10 - 15. New ram shouldent hurt my computer. I have the cp's and wondered if that maybe the issue or if its somthing else. Anyones tips and hints are welcome. I have a Radeon 9600 512 mb video card so thats not the issue. I play Battlefield2142 lag less or little lag and this just doesnt make any sense to me! Help please!! Huh

OK... someone else reported a problem when they installed more RAM as well o0

I got that doesnt work unless its not installed right.. You put it in "renegade folder" correct anything else I have 2 do?

If you have RenGuard, I've found that having the RenGuard sounds disabled gives a noticeable boost in FPS. Try it; click Options and disable it.
