thers is somthing where it has 2 // beofre it then after the 2 // it ahs words and quotes and speaks form the game and ppl play them in the game like a recording like all u see is this pop which is circled up in the pic below

and then someone says it not haovc not the comamnds liek destroy the vechile somthiogn else if have dones hours of reaserch and ask so amny ppl ic ant remeber and NO ONE CAN HELP me someone siad look up hogs raido mod but i cant find nothing like it please help

It's an objects.ddb radio modification (mod for short). Most objects.ddb mods are cheats, the others are usually harmless radio mods.

I used to have a similar mod back when RenGuard was new, since then I've been wrongfully accused of cheating and practically forced to use RenGuard as a result - At least, if I plan on staying in a server for very long.

Look for MatStally's Radio Mod. I may make a detailed tutorial on renhelp.net that's better than Yuri's on how to make these mods.

These are Radio mods. They are clientside only! They cannot be typed by the user! they can only be heard on the team of the one with these mods. They are not RG friendly, so if you're using RG this is a no go. They are classed as cheats since others do not know what they may contain (you can add cheats and radio mods together). They are objects.ddb files and will cause 'The 0 Bug' for the user (no damage delt, points and credits are reset as one shoots something that can be damaged).

Using objects.ddb to have alternate radio commands will replace some of your previous (default) radio commands. There are other, secretive, ways of having additional radio commands that are not as lame as objects.ddb. In particular, you can tell whether or not someone has used an objects.ddb file by asking them to go through all of their radio commands. If they still have all 30 of their old radio commands, then they are in fact not using objects.ddb and are thus unlikely to have damage or rate-of-fire modifications.

I quite agree. The problem is getting the n00bs not to say "OMFG YOU HAVE OBJECTS.DDB, YOU'RE CHEATING!!!".
