I get a C++ visual basic buffer overrun error. There's no workaround. It just doesn't work.
I need a workaround for this--a metric fucktonne of people think I'm cheating, apparently, and I'd love to prove them wrong.

renguard does not and never has worked on win2k. Wait for renguard 1.04, which will support win2k, or switch to XP.
If you had clicked the handy little search button at the top you would have been able to discover than one for yourself

1.04 has been in production for over a year. I somehow doubt it's coming.
I did search the forums, but several people running 2000 said it works for them.
a shame that 2000 would get the least support, as it's IMO a much better OS than XP.
also.

It has been known to work on Windows 2000 and 64-bit versions of Windows. It's just not supported.
|
but generally speaking it does not work on 64bit or win2k, and if it does not work currently it is unlikely he will be able to get it working.
