Have you tried this? Are you getting 60 fps now while playing ren and recording?, I'm very curious about this Big Grin
And if so, do you have a Raid0 setup> SCSI setup> or just one Sata/IDE disk .

I done this, i got 60 FPS recording Ren, with two IDE drives but running from one, back into the same one on another partition. No loss of FPS for me.

Tried it in MTA:SA at 25 FPS (because of the limit in MTA) with no loss what-so-ever, and I have Pentium D! Thumbs Up Thumbs Up

you can take the frame limiter off of San Andreas.

it's in the options... video settings. just turn it off.

There are no options in MTA (notice i said MTA not GTA).

That's why you go into GTA and turn it off in there.

It still won't effect MTA, the limit is hard coded into their to stop people with high end gfx completely dominating the race.
