Okay, wow... that's all I can say.
Matix, teh-pwnerer, or whatever the fuck you're calling yourself today, just shut the fuck up. You can't defend your cheating past and your immature antics. You shouldn't be running a community, and it's a shame that people trust you (even if they are cheaters, as well), but nobody can tell you that you don't have a right to.
Fl00d3d, you really shouldn't be playing childish games. I know that RenCorner is a bunch of cheating idiots, but you don't need to obsess over it that much and defend yourself over this kid's lame insults. You're 25. I know it's the internet, but you need to maintain some level of dignity. I know it's nice to brag about your hot girlfriend, but it's not really necessary.

About dave's trustworthyness, he told us (everyone on blackintel) he wanted a server, and we wanted it too (a good nice dedicated one) at first he said he could donate about 150 -100$ a month later it became $20 then it was 0 then $50 and after that never heard of him again.
We've heard he started his own community, and was trying to get some of our members there.
Somewhere last month he said he would host somekind of snipe tourney, and from what I've heard, it went the same way of our donation.
/back on topic/
If you really want to have a new server I would recommend running it from your home first, just to see wheter or not it would get some attention, instead of directly hire one.
One piece of advise though, IF you decide to go ahead and hire a server or what ever, try to make sure dave won't have access, as I've heard he stole some ppl's server that way.
