I dont think so, just be sure to have enough power in your power supply or maybe a little bit more RAm wouldnt hurt

Yes I would say that the Radeon 9800 PRO would do the trick. Very Happy

Just to let you know the Geforce FX 5900 is coming out soon (I hope) and it will crush the Radeon 9800. So you might want to hold out for that vid card. Just a thought.
