Just need to know how to set up sadan's to go rly fast and have control over them, also truck's.
Also need to know how to make buggy's and humvee's to go super fast.
I know how to do it but im missing somthing cus they are not going fast is it the gravadee are somthing? that im missing.

The option your probably looking for would be "traction multiplier" (1-5) although you would have to have level edit open to adjust that. That will give steering alot better traction, then for speed change Aero drag to 0.000 and like max engine torque up to a decent number like 30,000. That alone should make a buggy/hummer go pretty fast and keep control.
Just fiddle with the settings tabs for vehicles in level edit and you should be able to get something you like.

so you dont have to go back and forth in level edit to mod the vehicles stats, simply get in the vehicle in game play, open up the cheat console and type edit_vehicle, you only really need to type in E though. this console does not have as many options as level edit but it make it alot easier and quicker.
this also works in singleplayer.
and it only mods ground-based vehicles, not choppers.
it should work on any vehicle including fan-made ones, but not flying vehicles.
