I don't know why you would want to use a joystick on Renegade though, the vehicles don't really have any physics like in the Battlefield games.

I dunno if it supports joysticks directly, but there are nice programs out there that bind joystick to keyboard keys, so you can still map every action to keyboard and use joystick that way. Google is your friend.
There's a hole in the sky through which things can fly.
