Well, for no reason at all, they aren't their... they just stopped working.

I am using the "Buildings-Setup.gmax" for the buildings. I have not messed with it at all. But now, for what appears to be no reason, all the interiors don't show up in level editor or In game!

help?

The call boxes, when you merged them with the terrain, YOU DO NOT TOUCH THEM UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!

This would be the main cause of the problem. If not try Oblivions building pack with proxies in there too (for the spawners and PT zones).
