You guys are crazy. Ninjas beat pirates if the pirate is off-guard. Pirates beat ninjas in the open sea. Vikings beat both pirates and ninjas combined, always, since they rule much harder on the ocean than a pirate, and raping and pilliaging beats hiding in the shadows.
Not to meantion the Vikings have the superior horned-helm of protection. You could drop a bunker-buster on that thing and it still wouldn't kill it's wearer.
Long story short, Vikings own.

So do Vikings. In fact, Vikings can't stop drinking, ever, since they drink out of conch shells, so somebody has to be holding the conch full of booze, since it can't be set down because of it's lack of a flat bottom.

You're thinking of the wrong Vikings. The Vikings you're talking about are from Minnosota and wear tights for a living. The Vikings I'm talking about raised an empire from Spain to Russia, chopping people in half across the way with axes.
In all of history, you will never find a more fearsome group of badasses than the vikings. Not to meantion that Vikings are, by nature, tactical geniuses. Vikings invented the flanking manuever, and argueably blitzkrieg as well.
