Both a video card and a graphics card are exactly the same thing, just two names for it. I can find a video card for you around that price but I can't really right now. I know someone else will help you though (and hopefully won't find something crappy).

I need more info before I can really suggest something.

Do you have a PCI-E Slot or an AGP slot?

What wattage is your power supply? If you don't know take the side off your case and look for a sticker on the power supply.

Do you favor ATI or NVIDIA?

With that info we should be able to make a better suggestion for you.

Yeah, what Doitle said. When I made my post I wasn't actually home but at someone else's house.

I think he meant PCI, not PCI express.

450 Watt power supply is pretty big for a system without a PCI-E slot.

Do you have PCI-E or PCI? Do you have an AGP slot? Depending on which of the three you have, you'll get different cards.

32bit PCI sucks for decent games, it can barely do renegade on high settings.

I would have gone with AGP or PCI-e but my motherboard only supports PCI. Can't wait till i get the new stuff. Big Ups
