I dont get it renguard itself 1068 MB? or is it Renegade+ Renguard= 1068?

The Add/Remove programs "wizard" inaccurately reports the combined size of all the files in the directory as being part of RG.

It does it with a lot of other programs too, afaik it reports the size of the directory as it was at the time the .exe file was installed.
