The thing is, That was not a threat to XWIS as a whole, but towards one of their members (who happend to have a nickname of xwis) for cheating. With this i feel that he is the victim since he was threatend by being "hacked" by fellow members. He has been kicked out of their clan (which is perfectly reasonable).
I don't see why he should be rejected whilst requesting help.
(The above statment was not defending this player, it was stating facts.)
