Okay, this is my final word because, your wasting my time. Can you say contradiction. You just stated that you nor, black-cell gives anyone special treatment. Well, check your own chat logs that you posted in the beginning of this forum. Better yet, let me sum it up for you. I got kicked off the chat as it shows in the log by CityMonster for language. You then say "I told you to +e him" "now you gotta force invite him" Mean while your friend Alyangula is using the "F" word and just spamming it down the page. You then make the statement "aly shush he'll be back." Answer this one question. Did your friend Alyangula get kicked off that chat at any point that night by you or CityMonster for the same violation? Because, I have to admit looking down that chat log I don't see it. A Language violation is a language violation no two ways about it. So, don't tell me that you nor Black-Cell Mods don't play sides for your friends. And don't try to say you didn't know black either because, you have just shown here that your a liar. You want to pull some lawyer crap let me tell you something about taking the stand. You couldn't even take the stand under oath based on the evidence here alone. I know your friend was cheating and that you allowed this to happen. Nothing you could say at this point would make any difference. FYI saying that your going to kick someone's ass isn't enough to have someone arrested either. You're not the only one that has worked in law enforcement you know.

There was no protection of Alyangula at all. Citymonster is a network service - it auto kicks for racist language. To answer your one question, no Alyangula didn't use racism = no kick. He swore, but this is allowed provided it is not derogitory. He did not violate this so called language rule. So...no, the mods didn't take sides with him.
On another note, hasn't this topic been flamed to death?

Others have already explained why you didn't get treated differently for using disallowed language, so I'll just post this:
Channel Modes:
e Ban exemption. Same format as +b, except users matching a ban exemption can walk through any bans matching them.
The server may remove ban exemptions automatically when a ban-exempt client is kicked shortly after joining through a ban.
I wanted them to +e you so that maybe you'd be exempted from the auto-kick function, which may or may not have worked based on the above description. Although, with you calling the owner of Black-Cell a homosexual and a derogatory word for "African-American" (he is neither of those, but there is nothing wrong with people who are), maybe you did deserve to be kicked from the channel until you were re-invited by him.

Don't forget he was also a Marine and law enforcement too. Next he will probably mention that he passed the Bar exam and will be personally filing a lawsuit, during his offtime as a secret agent protecting the President, and his lab work at Area51.

I respect anybody who has fought for my country, but you get no respect from me. You dare use it as leverage in an argument. Who gives a fuck if you served? It's not some badge you wear on your shoulder to make yourself feel better than others. You served your country, and we, as citizens, should tip our hats to you, but you are certainly no better than the rest of us.
My grandfather fought in WW2, but he doesn't use his service in the military as some type of statement to get people to listen to him. I never once have heard him say, "boy, I was in World War Two." Maybe you can learn a thing or two from true, respectable veterans... but then again, you're nothing but a meathead marine.
